Our Services
Basic Cleaning
Basic cleaning includes: Dusting all surfaces, Dusting furniture, Dusting picture frames & wall art, mirrors, ceiling fans dusted, basic cleaning of appliances, clean and disinfecting sinks, microwaves, and outsides of refrigerators. Changing sheets (upon request), emptying trash, dusting of cabinet fronts, removing most cobwebs, vacuuming/sweeping, and mopping all floors.
Deep Cleaning
Deep includes everything in basic cleaning plus: Baseboards damply dusted and wiped down, cleaning/disinfecting doors & door knobs, shining fixture's, shining appliances and or deep scrubbing, removing ALL cobwebs, damp wipe of kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts, carpet stains (upon request).
Indoor/Outdoor Windows and Blinds
Indoor windows package will include, dusting blinds, window sills, and polishing the window panes. Outdoor will include a basic cleaning of screens and polishing of outdoor paneling.
These services can be added onto any package with added cost rates that will apply accordingly. This includes: Deep scrubbing of floor tile and grout, washing of dishes, cleaning carports, fire place deep cleaning, decluttering of any kind, removing books and all things off shelves to dust and wipe underneath, post party clean up, deep cleaning specific rooms, helping with decoration setup-and take down, moving in/moving out.
Extra Services
Travel fees? Let us explain,
We originate out of Monticello Florida but we are open to all of those around including, Tallahassee, Madison, and Thomasville. But this means we have far stretches to drive sometimes. We do NOT have travel fees if you are within a 35 minute radius from this location (which is our homebase) 1 Court House Cir Monticello, FL 32344. For every minute outside our radius will be an extra $2. This means if you live 40 mins away from our home base you will have a $20travel fee.
